Get to Know Dr. Ernest Wong
A Life-Changing Calling
Dr. Ernest Wong grew up in Fremont, California. During high school, he was caught in a marching band accident which caused irreparable damage to one of his teeth. While this discovery and passion for the dental field came at a painful cost, it was undoubtedly a blessing in disguise. This twist of fate, combined with an interest in art, science, and healthcare, became the cornerstone of Dr. Wong’s career.
Dr. Wong completed his undergraduate studies in Physiological Sciences at UCLA and obtained his dental degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, in Florida. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Wong returned home to California and completed a postgraduate residency program. After practicing a few years in the Bay Area, Dr. Wong opened his own practice to treat patients with the utmost compassion.
Dr. Wong's philosophy is to provide preventive and conservative dental care. He is passionate about providing quality dental care and forming great relationships with his patients, and excited to start this journey with you to maintain great oral health. Dr. Wong can also speak Mandarin to better communicate with more patients.
When he’s not working, Dr. Wong enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also loves traveling, trying different cuisines, playing different sports, strumming the guitar, board game nights, and spending time with his two cats, Hummer and Curly.
